About me

Originally from New Jersey, I was highly active in my youth, playing every sport from football and rugby to volleyball and basketball. With this came a multitude of injuries and a few rigorous rehabilitation processes. Through overcoming my own injuries, I learned what it takes fully recover and was led to study Health and Human Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with over 15 years of experience, I learned that healing takes more than just rehabilitation exercises, and physical injuries and chronic disease are manifestations of deeper dysfunctions. I became a Level 3 CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner, Integrated Health Specialist, and Rehabilitation Specialist to formalize my training in treating the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.

I use physical assessments, lifestyle questionnaires, and one-on-one counseling to develop a customized holistic program that addresses the root causes of disease and dysfunction, which are typically a combination of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances. In addition to personalized exercise and nutrition plans, you’ll dissolve harmful behavioral patterns through simple reframing techniques and more advanced energetic cultivation practices.
